Shirt: Thrifted | Jeans: Old Navy | Necklace: Gift | Earrings: Gift | Purse: Baby Phat (from years ago) | Shoes: Target
Last weekend, my family spent a day out thrifting, playing mini golf and just generally having a good time together. I LOVE this shirt that I found at my favorite consignment store that says “Make Art, Not War.” Given that I wanted to be comfortable, it was the perfect choice. And the hair? Well, this was the first time I’d ever worn my fro this big, courtesy of this video tutorial from the awesome Taren Guy:
Readers, this is my first outfit of the day post, but I don’t plan for it to be the last — though in the future, the quality of the pictures will be MUCH better. In fact, I’m planning to start writing a lot more about fashion, accessories, beauty, etc., because the truth is, that’s where my passion lies right now.
My biggest dilemma, however, is whether to write about it here at Green & Gorgeous, or instead start a new style blog (for which I’ve already purchased a domain, just in case). Not everything I write about will be green, though I will focus on sustainability sometimes. My concern is that I don’t want to inundate you, my awesome readers, with a bunch of style posts if what you really want from this site is green content.
So I’m seeking your help. Please take a second to respond to the poll below. I truly value you guys’ opinion:

Thanks in advance!
You look beautiful! Love your hair – it’s gorgeous and that is why you should write here. It covers it with your domain already.

Whichever direction you lead I will follow. You are a down to earth chic. I love your style and I would love to see more. I especially would love to see a post on your hair, the products you use and how you style. You rock! Kep it up. You REALLY is an inspiration to me.
