Sometimes it feels good to dress up for no reason at all. This was one of those days. Because I started with neutral colors, I really wanted to include a pop of color somewhere in my outfit.

This time, I did it with accessories, including a fabulous leather spiked cuff that my thoughtful hubby recently gave me as a gift. What can I say? The man has good taste!

The arm party eventually led to an orange purse and orange toes. Just enough color not to overdo it.

I went with simple hair (read: it was a lazy hair day), so I really wanted statement earrings so it would look like I put in at least a little effort from the neck up
